摘要

This experiment inducted Gore membrane into the refining process of phosphoric acid instead of the traditional filter gauze. Using P2S5 as the removal reagent of heavy metals the affection laws of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, reaction time, dosage of P2S5, precipitation time and filtration times by Gore membrane to the removal rate of heavy metals were studied. The best technical conditions using Gore membrane as the filter was successfully determined. In the best technical conditions, the filtration quality improves greatly; filtration once by Gore membrane makes the heavy metals decrease to 7.8 ppm, and the best of which is 2.6 ppm.
