介绍了装载机用制动夹钳铸件的结构,以及其铸造工艺、熔炼工艺、球化、孕育处理工艺.通过化学成分调整,最终使铸件质量达到了QT550-6牌号要求:石墨形态为90%Ⅰ+ 10%Ⅱ,石墨尺寸为5~6级,基体组织为59%珠光体+40%铁素体+1%碳化物;抗拉强度为590~690 MPa,伸长率为6%~8%.%An introduction was given to the configuration of the braking clamp used for the loading machine as well as its casting method,melting process,nadularizing and inoculating process.By adjusting the chemical composition,the quality of the casting has finally reached the requirements of the QT550-6 grade nodular iron:the graphite morphology was 90%Ⅰ+10% Ⅱ,graphite size was 5~6 grade,the matrix structure was consisted of 59% pearlite+40% ferrite+1% carbide; tensile strength was of 590~690 MPa,elongation was of 6%~8%.
