The configuration and production requirements of positive and negative rotors of screw air-compressor were introduced. It was considered after comparing the no-bake resin sand mold casting process and the resin sand coated iron mold casting process that both two processes have different advantage and disadvantage. When using the no-bake resin mold casting process,although the process yield rate is relatively lower,casting machining allowance is more big,productivity is lower and casting outer quality is poor,however the process tools investment is relatively lower,the casting can be put into production more quickly,casting sort changing is more easy. When using resin sand coated iron mold casting process, although the process tools investment is relatively higher,tools can't be universally applied for different castings,however the process yield is high,casting surface quality is good,casting rejection rate is lower, and the process can used for mass production and therefore, the productive cost can be decreased, and the productivity can be enhanced.%介绍了空气压缩机阴阳转子铸件的结构及生产要求；比较冷硬砂型和覆砂铁型两种铸造工艺后认为两种工艺各有优劣.采用冷硬树脂砂工艺生产的铸件虽然工艺出品率低、加工余量大、生产效率低和外观质量差,但是工装投入较低,生产投入快,型号更换容易；而采用覆砂铁型生产工艺虽然工装投入较大、通用性差,但却可以生产出工艺出品率高、表面粗糙度好、废品率低的铸件,且可以大批量的生产,降低生产成本,提高生产效率.
