On the basis of the record developed in the subject five-year reviews, the United211u001eStates International Trade Commission determines, pursuant to section 751(c) of 211u001ethe Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. Section 1675(c)), that revocation of the 211u001ecountervailing duty order on heavy iron construction castings from Brazil would 211u001ebe likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry 211u001ein the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.
