消失模铸造工艺在一拖铸造公司生产中的应用

摘要

An introduction was given to the application of the lost foam casting process (LFC process) in the casting production of YTO casting company,the technological flow of LFC,as well as the production process control.The technological flow of LFC production includes:raw materials preparation of white area,pattern-making section technological flow of white area,molding section technological flow of black area,pouring section technological flow of black area,returned sand treating section technological flow,as well as casting cleaning and inspecting technological flow of black area.The production process control includes:technological process control of white area,technological process control of yellow area,as well as technological process control of black area.The LFC process had following advantages:(1)Suitable to be used for the production of castings having complicated configuration.(2)Having high superiority in the single-piece or small-batch production.(3)Small equipments investment and low production cost.(4)Discharge of production process could be together cleaning-treated,as well as small casting cleaning workload.%介绍了消失模铸造工艺在一拖铸造公司铸件生产中的应用情况,消失模生产的工艺流程以及消失模生产过程控制.消失模铸造生产工艺流程包括:白区原材料准备,白区制模工部工艺流程,黑区造型工部工艺流程,黑区浇注工部工艺流程,旧砂处理工部工艺流程以及黑区铸件清理检查工艺流程.生产过程控制包括:白区工艺过程控制,黄区工艺过程控制,以及黑区工艺过程控制.消失模铸造工艺的优点主要是:(1)适合生产形状复杂的铸件;(2)在单件小批量生产中具有很大的优势;(3)设备投资小,生产成本低;(4)生产过程排放可集中净化处理,铸件清理工作量小.
