离心铸造气缸套的质量问题及解决措施

         

摘要

介绍了采用离心铸造生产高P气缸套存在的质量问题及相应的防止措施:(1)调整炉料配比、化学成分以及孕育处理工艺等措施可以解决抗拉强度不合格问题;(2)减小冷却速度,提高w(C)、w(Si)量,降低w(P)、w(Cr)、w(Mn)量等措施可以解决铸件硬度超差问题;(3)降低冷却速度、适当提高CE、强化孕育处理工艺等措施可以解决石墨异型问题;(4)提高CE、增大冷却速度、降低铸型转速以及加强孕育等措施可以防止铸件白斑组织问题;(5)加强管理、改善浇道以及挂砂质量、提高浇注温度等措施可以解决铸件砂眼缺陷问题.生产结果显示:铸件存在的质量问题得到有效解决,缸套废品率降低了50%,铸件质量得到很大提升.%The quality problems existing in centrifugally cast high P cylinder liners and corresponding preventive measures were introduced:(1)The measures of adjusting melting charge mixing ratio,chemical compositions,inoculation process,could solve the problem that the tensile strength was unqualified.(2)The measures of decreasing cooling rate,increasing C,Si contents,decreasing P,Cr,Mn contents could solve the excess hardness problem.(3)Decreasing cooling rate,properly increasing CE,strengthening inoculating process could solve the abnormal graphite shape problem.(4)Increasing CE,increasing cooling rate,decreasing rotation velocity of the mold and strengthening inoculation could prevent white spot problem of the casting.(5)Intensifying management,improving pouring canal and sand-coating quality,elevating pouring temperature could solve sand inclusion problem.The production result showed that the quality problems of the castings had been effectively solved,the rejection rate of the cylinder liners reduced by 50%,the casting quality had been elevated largely.
