6DM3灰铸铁缸体材料质量稳定性的控制工艺

         

摘要

The technical requirements of 6DM3 gray iron cylinder block were introduced.Its production process was decribed in detail:using medium frequency induction furnace to melt iron melt,the raw materials were consisted of steel scrap+returned charge+recarburizer;adding 0.15%±0.02% Elkem pretreating alloy to pretreat the iron melt before charges having been melted,alloying the melt with Sn grains and GF300 alloy,adding 75SiFe inoculant into the ladle,adding about 0.1% Si-Sr-Zr inoculant into the pouring stream;tapping temperature was of 1 500~1 530 ℃,pouring temperature was of 1 410~1 430 ℃,pouring time was of 30~35 s,the cylinder block to be destressing annealed.The production result showed:both the metallographical structure and mechanical properties of the 6DM3 cylinder block body met the technical requirements,and the quality stability was controlled relatively good.%介绍了6DM3灰铸铁缸体的技术要求,详细阐述了其生产工艺:采用中频感应电炉熔炼铁液,原材料为废钢+回炉料+增碳剂;炉料熔化前加0.15%±0.02%的埃肯预处理剂进行铁液预处理,采用Sn粒及GF300合金进行合金化;在浇包内加入75SiFe孕育剂,浇注时,随流加入约0.1%的Si-Sr-Zr孕育剂;出铁温度为1 500~1 530℃,浇注温度为1 410~1 430 ℃,浇注时间为30~35 s;缸体落砂后进行去应力退火.生产结果显示:6DM3缸体铸件本体的金相组织和力学性能均满足技术要求,且质量稳定性控制较好.
