平安城市综合应用平台的重要性及其增值业务应用

从构建平安城市综合应用平台重要性出发,介绍其在海南省公安厅平安城市中的应用,并阐述了增值业务应用实现的基础及其在应用中所存在的问题,为该平台的推广奠定了基础。%From the importance of establishing the peace city＇ s comprehensive application platforms, the paper in- troduced the application of the plat form in public security of Hainan province, described the basis of value added serv- ice applications and the existing problems in the application, established foundation for the application dissemination.
