苯并呋喃-2(3H)-酮的高效液相色谱分析

     

摘要

建立了以乙腈+水为流动相,C18色谱柱分离和二极管阵列检测器检测,在270 nm波长下对苯并呋喃-2(3H)-酮进行分离和定量分析的高效液相色谱分析方法。试验结果表明:其线性相关系数为0.9995,标准偏差为0.23,变异系数为0.24%,平均回收率为100.02%。%  A method for separation and quantitative analysis of benzofuran-2(3H)-one by HPLC was established, using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, C18 chromatography column and PDA detector at 270 nm wavelength. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 5, the standard deviation was 0.23, the coefficient of variation was 0.24%, and the average recovery was 100.02%.
