182甲·双氟悬浮剂超高压液相色谱分析

         

摘要

An UPLC method was developed for simultaneous quantitative determination of florasulam and MCPA using acetonitrile + trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase, on C18 and DAD at 220 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of florasulam and MCPA were 0.9997 and 0.9999, the standard deviations were 0.003 and 0.240, the variation coefficients were 0.46% and 1.38%, the average recoveries were 101.33% and 99.24%, respectively. The method was simple, quick, accurate, and could meet the damands of quantitative analysis.%建立一种同时分析双氟磺草胺和2甲4氯的高效液相色谱法。采用超高压液相色谱仪,以乙腈+0.05%三氟乙酸水溶液为流动相,使用C18柱和紫外检测器,在220 nm波长下对18%2甲·双氟悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。双氟磺草胺和2甲4氯的线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9999,标准偏差分别为0.003和0.240,变异系数分别为0.46%和1.38%,平均回收率分别为101.33%和99.24%。本方法简便、快速、准确度高,可以满足定量分析要求。
