苯醚甲环唑新型水乳剂的研制

摘要

An environmental friendly novel formulation of difenoconazole EW was prepared by the phase transfer method using environmental friendly solvent and novel adjuvant, and evaluated through its physical and chemical performances. The optimum formulation of difenoconazole 10% EW consisted of difenoconazole 10%, environmental friendly solvent HDBE 13%, novel adjuvant PEG1000-P70 1%, emulsifier OP-10 7%, co-emulsifier glycerol 3%, thickening agent magnesium aluminium silicate 3%, xanthan gum 0.1%, and distilled water making up to 100%. The results indicated that the formulation was stable in room temperature, low temperature and thermal storage, and the physical and chemical performances met the technical standards of EW.%选用环境友好型溶剂及新型助剂，采用反相法制备环境友好型新型苯醚甲环唑水乳剂，并检测其理化性能指标。10%苯醚甲环唑水乳剂的优化配方为：10%苯醚甲环唑、13%溶剂HDBE、1%磷酸酯类新型助剂PEG1000-P70、7%OP-10、3%共乳化剂丙三醇、3%增稠剂硅酸镁铝、0.1%黄原胶，蒸馏水补足至100%。该制剂在室温、冷贮、热贮下稳定，各项技术指标符合水乳剂的要求。
