8烯啶·噻虫嗪可溶液剂的液相色谱分析方法

         

摘要

A simple and efficient method was developed for determination of nitenpyram+thiamethoxam 8%SL on C18 column, using methanol and water as mobile phase. The results showed that nitenpyram and thiamethoxam were completely separated. The linear correlation coefficients of nitenpyram and thiamethoxam both were 0.999 9, the standard deviations were 0.045 and 0.024, the variation coefficients were 0.73%and 1.13%, the average recoveries were 100.1%and 99.8%, respectively.%建立了同时测定8%烯啶·噻虫嗪可溶液剂中2种有效成分的高效液相色谱方法。使用C18色谱柱,以甲醇+水为流动相,在270 nm波长下进行测定。在此条件下,烯啶虫胺和噻虫嗪得到了很好的分离,线性关系良好,线性相关系数皆为0.9999,变异系数分别为0.73%和1.13%,标准偏差分别为0.045和0.024,平均回收率分别为100.1%和99.8%。
