40嘧霉·异菌脲悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘要

采用高效液相色谱法测定40%嘧霉·异菌脲悬浮剂中嘧霉胺和异菌脲的质量分数,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈+0.3%冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,用外标法进行分析和定量.结果表明,嘧霉胺和异菌脲的线性相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9995,标准偏差分别为0.12、0.14,变异系数分别为0.79%、0.56%,平均回收率分别为99.42%、99.23%.%A method was developed for the determination of pyrimethanil + iprodione 40% SC by HPLC on C18 column, with variable wavelength UV detector, using acetonitrile + 0.3% acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase. The results showed that the linear coefficients of pyrimethanil and iprodione were 0.9992 and 0.9995, the standard deviations were 0.12 and 0.14, the variation coefficients were 0.79% and 0.56%, the average recoveries were 99.42% and 99.23%, respectively.
