不同生根剂浓度对厚皮甜瓜生长的影响

摘要

本试验研究了不同生根剂浓度对厚皮甜瓜生长的影响.结果表明, 施用生根剂以后, 果实纵径、果实横径、果形指数、植株根粗、根条数均增加, 但是随着生根剂浓度的增加, 根粗呈现先增大后减小的趋势;施用生根剂后, 果实可溶性固形物含量、单瓜重和产量也均呈现先增大后减小的趋势, 表明并不是生根剂浓度越大越有利于植株及果实生长.可见, 施10 mg/L生根剂6 mL/株后, 效果最好, 适用于生产.%This experiment studied the effects of different rooting agent concentrations on the growth of muskmelon.The results showed that the longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, shape index, plant root diameter and root number increased with the application of rooting agent, but the root diameter first increased and then decreased with the increase of rooting agent concentration.After applying the rooting agent, fruit soluble solid content, single melon weight, and yield also showed a trend of increase first and then decrease.It was not the higher the rooting agent concentration, the better the growth of plants and fruits.It could clearly be seen that the best effect was obtained by applying 10 mg/L rooting agent 6 mL, which was suitable for production.
