通过查阅大量土壤氮素矿化研究资料,归纳土壤氮素矿化研究的主要试验方法,并对目前运用最广泛的培养方法的特点、应用领域和最新研究成果进行详细地介绍,以为不同土壤环境条件下氮素矿化的研究提供参考和指导。%After reading a lot of related papers,the main research methods of soil nitrogen mineralization were summarized and the features,apply domain and the newest research of widely used incubation methods had been introduced in detail.The object was to provide the reference and guide for soil nitrogen mineralization researches in different soil environmental conditions.
