Based upon the statistical data of scientific and technological inputs and outputs of Hefei City, by using the methods of case study, literature search, quantitative study, etc, the existing problems in the development of science and technology of Hefei City were pointed out, and concrete suggestions were proposed accordingly.%依据合肥市科技投入与产出的范本数据，采用个案研究、文献研究、数量研究等方法，指出合肥市科技发展中存在的问题．并据此提出具体建议。
