不同浓度芸苔素内酯对夏玉米植株性状及产量的影响

摘要

The effects of spraying different concentrations of brassinolide at seedling stage and trumpet shaped stage on plant traits and yield of a summer maize variety’Jinke25’under normal low planting density were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the yield components such as grain number per row,air dry weight of ear,air dry weight of grain,1 000-grain weight and yield significantly increased after applied with 50 mg/kg concentration of brassinolide,and yield increased 17.98% than the control,which provided basis for enhancing population yield through enhancing individual plant yield under low planting densities.However,it was also found that the effects of brassinolide on lodging resistance traits such as plant height,ear height and stem diameter were not significant.Our results could supply scientific data and technological direction for the practical application of brassinolide.%以常规低密度种植的“金科25”夏玉米为研究对象，研究苗期和喇叭口期不同浓度芸苔素内酯处理对低密度种植下玉米植株性状以及产量的影响。结果表明：芸苔素内酯浓度为50 mg/kg时，能显著提高玉米产量构成因素行粒数、果穗风干重、籽粒风干重、千粒重和产量等指标，其中产量比不施用芸苔素内酯的对照增加了17.98%，为低密度下通过提高单株产量来提高群体产量提供了基础；芸苔素内酯处理对玉米植株株高、穗位高和茎粗等抗倒伏指标的影响不显著。该研究结果为芸苔素内酯在生产中的实际应用提供了科学数据和技术指导。
