为观察免疫佐剂左旋咪唑对新城疫活疫苗免疫效果的影响，该研究将40只鸡随机分为A、B、C、CK组（每组10只），A、B、C组分别使用加入高、中、低剂量左旋咪唑无菌稀释液的新城疫活疫苗1羽份/只，分别于7日龄、28日龄滴鼻、点眼免疫。以生理盐水作对照组。免疫后的7、14、21、28日翅下静脉采血测抗新城疫病毒（NDV）抗体滴度。结果表明：给药组抗体水平都高于生理盐水对照组（p<0.05），不同给药剂量组别的抗体水平无明显变化。%To investigate the effect of levamisole on immune effects of newcastle disease vaccine ,the testing chickens were divided into four groups named group A,B,C and CK,10 chickens every group.A,B and C group were treated with high,medium and low dose of levamisole sterile diluent and newcastle disease active vaccine ,by nose and eye drops at 7 days age and 28 days age.A normal saline was took as control group.The blood samples were collected at 7 d , 14 d , 21 d , 28 d after inoculation , antibody titer were analyzed by hem-agglutination inhibition ( HI ) . The results showed that the level of antibodies of 3 treat groups was significantly higher than that of controt group (p<0.05).And there was a little variation among experimental group with different dosage of levamisole at the same stage.
