基于PLC控制的精确农业自动灌溉施肥系统的开发

         

摘要

A automatic irrigation and fertilization system used in greenhouses were introduced.The system could be used for manually or automatically fertigation,and it could control the concentration of nutrient solution automatically.The quantity of irrigation water and the nutrient solution were controlled by time,while the nutrient concentration was controlled by logic control algorithm.The system solved the problem in the conventional systems that the users need mix the fertilizer into water before using,and it would cause the chemical reaction,precipitation and reduced fertilizer.The system was improved to be reasonable,simple,economical and effective,could meet the actual requirements.%主要介绍一种适合设施农业在温室大棚中使用的自动灌溉施肥系统,该系统可以采用人工或自动控制温室内农作物的灌溉时间,自动控制营养液的浓度.其中灌溉量、营养液的注入量均采用时间控制,营养液浓度的控制规则采用模糊逻辑控制算法,解决了常规水肥一体化系统需要事先手动将营养液与灌溉水混合在一起,并且混合时间过长2种营养液成分会发生化学反应产生沉淀、降低肥力的问题.该系统设计合理,操作简单、价格低廉,控制效果能够满足实际要求.
