川南烟区打顶方式对初烤烟叶产质量的影响

摘要

To explore the reasonable tobacco group structure,effects of six topping modes on yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that the topping mode on early flowering or full flowering period and 20~22 leaves were optimal under southern Sichuan ecoclimatic. Compared with the traditional method,the economic properties of flue-cured tobacco of optimization mode such as average price,the proportion of superior,output value were greatly improved;appearance quality was better;total sugar content increased by 27.8%,potassium content increased by 7.9%,nicotine content decreased by 20.46%,intrinsic chemical compositions were to coordinate;the aroma quality got purer,aroma quantity became more,and the use value increased.%为探索烤烟合理的群体结构，开展6种打顶方式对初烤烟叶产质量的影响研究。结果表明：在川南生态气候条件下，采用初花至盛花期打顶，留叶20~22片的打顶方式，与传统方法相比，初烤烟叶均价、上等烟比例、产值等经济性状均有较大幅度提高；烟叶外观质量变优；总糖含量增加27.8%，钾含量增加7.9%，烟碱含量减少20.46%，内在化学成分趋于协调；香气质变纯，香气量增加，使用价值提高。
