分析了农业科研：所的内部管理存在的管理效率不高等问题，为提高管理效率，农业科研：所应该优化管理，借鉴企业高效率管理方式突破自身限制，通过采用专业化管理、明确管理层次、转化评价方式等，提高管理效率，适应国家科技体制改革形势，提升科技创新能力。%The internal management of agricultural research institutes is inefficient.In order to improve management efficiency,agricultural research institutes should conform themselves to new conditions,and use the enterprise management for reference to break through the limits,such as professional management,a clear management level,transforming evaluation methods,etc.By this way,the agricultural research institutes can not only achieve the efficient management goals and meet the situation of national science and technology system reform,but also enhance the technological innovation capability.
