一株嗜水气单胞菌的分离鉴定及其杀虫特性研究

摘要

One superior strains,named JZ-1 which was isolated from the early death of eustrongylides.The results showed that the 50%lethal concentration(LC50)of strain JZ-1 was 1.92í105 CFU/mL.The strain was identified as Aeromonas by cultural characteristics,biochemical and physiological characteristics,16S-rRNA sequence determination and the construction of phylogenetic tree.At the same time,the 16S-rRNA sequence of JZ-1 have been submitted to GenBank,No.KF672601.%从早期死亡的胃瘤线虫体内分离出一株菌株，命名为JZ-1。经过研究发现，JZ-13 d内对胃瘤线虫幼虫的半数致死浓度LC50为1.92×105 CFU/mL。通过对该株细菌的培养特性、生化特性、16S-rRNA测序结果以及系统进化树分析表明JZ-1为隶属气单胞菌。JZ-1的16S-rRNA序列已上传至GenBank，登陆号为KF672601。
