资源枯竭型后进村转型发展制约因素及对策

摘要

为分析资源枯竭型后进村转型发展问题，以辽宁省建平县马架子村为例，结合该村基本情况，分析了制约该村发展的主要原因，并提出了相应对策，以期为资源枯竭型后进村转型发展提供参考。%In order to analyze the transformation development issues of resource-exhausted backward village,taking Majiazi Village of Jianping County in Liaoning Province for example,combined with the basic information of the village,the main reasons for restricting the development of the village were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,so as to provide reference for the transformation development of resource-exhausted backward village.
