生物质能源炉具替代密集烤房煤炭供热系统研究

         

摘要

According to the existing problems in the process of the current tobacco baking such as unstable heating system,heat energy utilization rate was not high,heating equipment materials and specifications etc.,the biomass energy stove alternative to coal heating system was studied. The results showed that the application of intelligent biomass barn equipment,baking each 1 kg tobacco could produce economic benefits of 1.198 8 yuan,where in the fuel cost savings of 0.219 2 yuan,labor savings benefits of 0.450 8 yuan;baking each 1 kg tobacco could reduce CO2 emissions 4.302 kg,SO2 0.013 2 kg,NOx 0.009 4 kg;after the combustion of biomass briquette could recycle,baking each 1 kg dry tobacco output ash potash 0.078 4 kg. Intelligent biomass curing equipment used in tobacco jihad had higher application value.%针对当前烟叶烘烤过程中供热系统不稳定、热能利用率不高、加热设备的材料与规格等方面问题,采用生物质能源炉具替代煤炭供热系统进行研究。结果表明:应用智能化生物质烤房设备,每烘烤出1 kg烟叶可产生的综合经济效益为1.1988元,其中燃料节约成本0.2192元,劳动力节支效益0.4508元;烘烤1 kg烟叶可减少排放CO24.302 kg、SO20.0132 kg,NOX 0.0094 kg;生物质成型燃料燃烧后可回收利用,烘烤1 kg干烟产出的草木灰钾肥0.0784 kg。智能化生物质烤房设备应用于烤烟生产具有较高的推广价值。
