基于Pro/M仿真分析的弹载遥测设备防振设计

     

摘要

Simulation analysis of the mode and random vibration for telemetry equipment is carried out using Pro/M simulating analysis module in Pro/E software. The inherent frequency value of equipment is got via result of mode state analysis and an optimal anti-vibration method is selected according to the inherent frequency value. The weak point of the equipment is found out according to simulation analysis of random vibration, and correspondingly a kind of structure-based anti-vibration design of is completed in designing process. Reliability of modularized and structure-based anti-vibration design of telemetry equipment is validated in theory, providing assurances of high-quality design for commercialization-purposed research and manufacture of equipments.%应用Pro/E软件中Pro/M仿真分析模块进行弹载遥测设备模态和随机振动仿真分析,通过模态分析结果获取设备的固有频率值,并以此选定最佳的设备防振方法。根据随机振动仿真分析结果发现设备局部薄弱点,在设计阶段有针对性的进行结构防振设计。从理论上验证了弹载遥测设备模块化结构防振设计的可靠性,为设备产品化研制提供了高质量设计保证。
