隔板抑制氢氧推力室不稳定燃烧研究

     

摘要

In order to solve the high frequency combustion instability and improve the stability margin of hydrogen oxygen thrust chamber, the baffled injectors with one circumferential and three radial models are designed. The results of the acoustic test show, with the thrust chamber baffled injectors the frequency will be reduced, and the damping attenuation time of the first-tangential will be shortened; and the results of the numerical simulation show that the chamber pressure vibration amplitude will decrease significantly. The chamber with baffles has been tested for several times, and the results show that the instability is suppressed successfully. The baffled injectors work reliably and effectively, and have no influence on combustion efficiency of thrust chamber.%为了解决某型氢氧推力室高频不稳定燃烧故障,提高燃烧稳定性工作裕度,在推力室喷注器上设计了一周三径形式的隔板稳定装置.冷态声学试验表明:加隔板后推力室一阶切向振型频率会降低,一阶切向振型的阻尼衰减时间缩短;流量扰动燃烧不稳定数值模拟表明:带隔板后推力室室压振荡幅值显著降低;带隔板推力室参加了多次热试验,热试验结果表明:该试验成功抑制了不稳定燃烧,隔板稳定装置工作有效可靠,对推力室燃烧效率无影响.
