防空导弹起落架结构振动特性仿真分析

     

摘要

为了研究导弹发射时起落架结构的振动特性问题,利用三维建模软件和有限元分析技术建立了防空导弹发射装置的刚柔耦合动力学模型,深入研究了起落架结构的振动响应和变形情况.通过模态分析和谐响应分析,获得了在燃气流冲击作用下起落架结构的振动频率、模态振型以及结构应力的频率响应曲线.经验证,仿真与试验数据相一致.研究结果表明:模型较好地反映了起落架结构的振动特性,为进一步研究发射装置振动,避免共振等不良现象的发生提供理论参考.%To solve the problem of vibration characteristics of landing gear structure in the process of missile launching, Three-dimensional modeling software and finite element technique are used to establish the coupled rigid-flexible dynamic modeling of air defence launcher. The vibration response and deformation performance of landing gear structure have been deeply researched. Through analysing the modal and harmonic response, the vibration frequency, modal and the frequency-response curve of structural stress are gained under the impact of the gas flow. By verifying, The simulation is consistent of experimental data. The results prove that the vibration characteristics of landing gear structure are well reflected by the model and provide the theoretical references for researching the vibration of launcher and avoiding the phenomenon of structure resonance failure.
