电磁阀关闭电流曲线尖峰现象研究

         

摘要

某型运载火箭电磁阀在进行关闭电流曲线测试时,出现了不同于典型曲线的尖峰现象.结合AMESim和Maxwell仿真分析软件,对该现象进行了机理分析,原因定位于衔铁背压腔憋压的影响.进行了现象复现试验,证明机理分析的准确性.对衔铁进行了结构改进,增加了通气孔,仿真分析结果及验证试验表明:改进效果良好,研究结果对电磁阀的电流曲线分析具有一定的指导作用.%When a solenoid valve used on some carrier rocket is tested to get its closing current curve, a special sharp peek phenomenon which is different from typical curve occurred. The mechanism of this phenomenon is analyzed by AMESim and Maxwell. Finally the reason is fixed on the influence of armature back pressure cavity holding pressure. Experiment is made to recur the phenomenon, which improved the accuracy of analysis. The armature is improved by adding connection holes, and simulation indicated the improvement is effective. The study served as a guidance to analysis of current curve of solenoid valves.
