新一代某型运载火箭捆绑机构对接特性研究

     

摘要

通过理论分析,得到新型运载火箭捆绑机构的对接特性,探讨了助推器与芯级对接距离与拉力的关系、周向可对接的范围,以及对接操作对于吊装精度、助推器姿态的需求.试验验证了理论分析的正确性,通过实际操作中出现的特殊现象,修正理论可对接范围值,保证试验操作模式的便捷有效.为新一代捆绑火箭的研制提供依据和参考,以保障超重型助推器顺利吊装对接及其全程安全.%Through the theoretical analysis, the docking features of the new generation launch vehicle are obtained. This paper discusses the relationship between the booster and the core, the perimeter of the circle can be connected, and the docking operation is required for the precision of the suspension and the stance of the booster. The correctness of theoretical analysis is verified by experiment. By analysis the special phenomena in practice, the correcting theory can be applied to the range of docking. It is proved that the convenient and efficient method of operation in the experiment can be applied directly to the docking operation of the launch site. The conclusion provides reference and foundation for the new generation strap-on launch vehicle. It is of great significance for booster hoisting docking well and safety of the super heavy booster.
