基于二分法的松散煤体导热系数研究

     

摘要

Based on the laboratory tests and the relation of the specific heat capacity with the ambient temperature,study was made on the heat conductivity coefficient of the loose coal at different ambient temperature through finite element numerical simulation and with the dichotomy. The results showed that when the volatile matter of coal samples was known,the specific heat capacity of the coal sample had a linear relation with ambient temperature. With the heat transfer model of coal samples,the heat conductivity coefficient was selected by the dichotomy, the numerical simulation results of the variation law of coal sample temperature with time were compared with the measured results, which was gradually close to the determination of the heat conductivity coefficient of coal samples at different ambient temperature. Heat conductivity coefficient of coal sample increased linearly with the increase of the ambient temperature.%基于实验室测试,在考虑比热容与环境温度关系的基础上,通过有限元数值模拟,采用二分法对松散煤体在不同环境温度下的导热系数进行研究。研究结果表明:在已知煤样挥发分的条件下,煤样的比热容与环境温度呈线性关系。根据煤样的热传导模型,通过二分法选取热传导系数,将数值模拟煤样温度随时间的变化规律与实测结果进行对比分析,逐步逼近确定煤样在不同环境温度时的导热系数。煤样导热系数随环境温度升高而线性增大。
