矿用聚脲喷涂材料的试验研究

         

摘要

In order to prevent the air and harmful gas leakage and the coal spontaneous combustion, a mine polyurea spraying material was developed, which takes the isocyanate prepolymer, terminal amino polyether, chain extender, flame retardant and so on as the main materials. Study was carried out on the influence of the parameters such as the isocyanate index, temperature, air pressure, flame retardant and antistatic agent upon the properties of the polyurea spraying material. The experimental results showed that the mine polyurea spraying material can turn into gel within 8 s, its elongation at break was 370%,its surface resistance was 4 × 107 Ω, and its flame retardant properties reached the requirements specified in Standard“The General Test Method and Decision Rule for Flame Retardant and Antistatic Properties of Polymer Products for Coal Mines”.%为防治煤矿漏风、有害气体渗漏及煤自燃,以异氰酸酯预聚体、端氨基聚醚、扩链剂、阻燃剂等为主要原料,开发出矿用聚脲喷涂材料。研究了异氰酸酯指数、温度、气压、阻燃剂、抗静电剂等因素对聚脲喷涂材料性能的影响,试验结果表明,矿用聚脲喷涂材料可在8 s内凝胶,断裂伸长率为370%,表面电阻为4×107Ω,阻燃性能达到《煤矿井下用聚合物制品阻燃抗静电性通用试验方法和判定规则》规定的要求。
