腹板间距对改向滚筒应力应变的影响

         

摘要

The bend pulley is a key component of the belt conveyor, and its reliability and service life directly impact the performance of the belt conveyor.According to the structttral types, material properties and loadings of the bend pulley, finite element analysis is carried out by ABAQUS.lrn bend pulley serves as an example to study the influences of web spacing on stress and strain of the bend pulley.The study shows that web spacing of 900 ~ 1 000 mm is reasonable, which coincides with web spacing of 950 mm at lm bend pulley.It effectively decreases stress and strain of the bend pulley and the pulley shaft.The study provides a favorable theoretical basis for the design of the bend pulley.%改向滚筒作为带式输送机的关键部件,其可靠性和使用寿命都直接影响着输送机的性能.根据改向滚筒的结构类型、材料属性和载荷工况,利用ABAQUS进行有限元分析.以1 m改向滚筒为例,进行了腹板间距对改向滚筒应力应变影响的研究.研究表明,腹板间距为900~1 000mm比较合理,与实际1 m改向滚筒腹板间距950 mm一致,有效减少了筒体和滚筒轴所受的应力和应变,为改向滚筒的设计提供了有力的理论依据.
