基于LS-DYNA的掘进机截齿有限元分析

         

摘要

To determine the force, stress distribution and breaking causes of roadheader picks, loadings on a single pick are simulated with MATLAB, and the explicit dynamic analysis of the pick during whole cutting operation is carried out with ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results show that the force on the pick varies with the thickness of the cutting scrap, and both the maximum deformation and the maximum stress appear at the head of the pick. The study results offer theoretical references for the further structural improvement of the pick.%为了确定掘进机截齿的受力、应力分布情况及其破坏原因,通过MATLAB软件模拟单个截齿载荷,并利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对截齿整个截割过程进行显式动力分析.研究表明,截齿的受力随切屑厚度的变化而变化,截齿的最大变形发生在刀头部位,截齿的最大应力点出现在刀头部位.研究结果为进一步改进截齿结构设计提供了理论依据.
