基于 ANSYS的掘进机截齿有限元分析

摘要

In order to study the machine cutting teeth on its working performance and service life ,by applying ANSYS cutter tooth load and finite element analysis was carried out under normal conditions analysis ,explores the cutter tooth deformation and stress distribution ,and the weak parts and reasons are analyzed ,the in order to improve the cutting mechanism design and impro‐ving its working reliability provides a theoretical reference .%为了研究掘进机截齿对其工作性能和寿命的影响，通过应用ANSYS对截齿在正常工况下进行了载荷和有限元分析，探究了截齿变形量以及应力分布情况，并对其薄弱部位及原因进行了分析，这为改善截割机构设计和提高其工作可靠性提供了理论参考。
