基于CSM模型的TBM滚刀的计算力学模型与求解

         

摘要

以岩石断裂力学和CSM预测模型为理论基础,深入分析了全断面岩石掘进机滚刀的破岩机理,并基于实际的施工过程,对滚刀进行了受力分析。通过对CSM预测模型的系统推导,提出了计算滚刀所受到的各个载荷的一般方法,并通过实例计算对滚刀所受载荷进行了量化研究,与实际测量数据进行对比,证明CSM模型可以替代试验方法计算全断面掘进机滚刀的受力情况,为全断面岩石掘进机的性能预测以及滚刀设计提供了理论依据。%Based on fracture mechanics of rocks and CSM prediction model,the mechanism of rock fragmentation with tunnel boring machine (TBM) cutters was analyzed,and the force analysis of the cutter was carried out based on actual working conditions.The general method of calculating each loading acting on the cutter was proposed after systematic deduction of CSM prediction model,and quantitative study on the loadings acting on the cutter was conducted through actual example.The comparison of calculating results with actually measured data indicated that CSM model could not only replace the experiment to calculate the forces acting on the cutter of full-section TBM,but also provide a theoretical basis for performance prediction of the full-section TBM and design of the cutter.
