带式输送机张紧装置的非线性PID控制策略研究

         

摘要

为了针对带式输送机张紧装置非线性PID控制策略进行研究,建立了张紧装置的动力学模型,设计了张紧装置控制系统的非线性PID控制器.在MATLAB中对该控制器进行了仿真分析,得到该控制系统的阶跃响应及对应的误差曲线.通过曲线可以得出,该控制系统具有响应速度快、超调量很小等特点,能够满足控制要求并可提高带式输送机的使用效率.%To study the nonlinear PID control strategy for the take-up of the belt conveyor,the dynamic model of a take-up was established and the nonlinear PID controller of the control system of the take-up was designed.And then the simulation of the controller was conducted in MATLAB,the step response and corresponding error curve of the control system were attained.The curves showed that the control system possessed fast response speed and small overshoot,which met the control requirements and enhanced the service efficiency of the belt conveyor.
