硫化铅锌矿浮选分离研究进展

摘要

Based on flotation theory research,this paper briefly introduces the traditional theory of flotation,potential regulation theory,and the development of molecular mechanics and quantum chemistry theory,discussed in detail the lead-zinc sulfide minerals separation from the aspects of flotation technology and flotation reagent,expounding especially the lead-zinc preferential flotation process,bulk flotation process,iso-floatability process,branch differential flotation process,and suitable condition and application of potential regulation flotation.For flotation reagents,the combination of reagents and synthesis of new reagents to improve flotation indexes are discussed.%从浮选理论研究出发,简要地介绍了由传统的浮选理论到电位调控理论再到分子力学和量子化学理论的发展历程,从浮选工艺、浮选药剂两个方面详细地介绍硫化铅锌矿选矿分离现状,着重阐述了铅锌优先浮选流程、混合浮选流程、等可浮选流程、分支分速浮选流程、电位调控浮选的适用条件和应用情况.对于浮选药剂而言,主要从组合药剂和新药剂的合成来改善浮选指标.
