MgO含量对高炉渣性质影响的理论解析

         

摘要

采用热力学计算方法,分析了不同混合原料组成对高炉炉渣成分的影响,探讨了MgO含量变化对炉渣性质的作用,并以CaO⁃SiO2⁃Al2 O3⁃MgO⁃FeO五元系终渣为研究对象,应用FactSage热力学软件,理论解析综合炉料终渣中MgO对其熔化温度和粘度的影响,得出了渣成分组成变化时高炉渣适宜的MgO含量。%Adopting thermodynamic calculation method, the influence of raw material with different compositions on blast furnace slag was analyzed, and the impact of the variable MgO content on the slag properties was explored. With CaO⁃SiO2⁃Al2 O3⁃MgO⁃FeO taken for study, the influence of MgO in the blast furnace slag on liquidus temperature and viscosity of the slag was theoretically analyzed by using thermodynamic software FactSage. Finally, a proper content of MgO for blast furnace slag with variable compositions has been determined.
