中远场振动有限元分析中微差爆破荷载的等效施加方法研究

     

摘要

建立了微差爆破荷载等效施加方式的关系式,首次提出了中远场振动有限元分析中的微差爆破荷载的等效施加方法。结合新城金矿采场中深孔微差爆破回采项目,基于动力有限元软件ANSYS/LS⁃DYNA,应用微差爆破荷载等效施加方法模拟距爆源不同距离的中远场巷道围岩质点振动速度,通过对数值模拟和现场数据的分析比较,证明了微差爆破荷载等效施加方法的有效性和可行性。该方法显著提高了爆破荷载下中远场岩体振动特性数值模拟的效率。%Based on the relationship established for the equivalent load of millisecond blasting, an approach for acting an equivalent load of millisecond blasting in the finite element analysis for the blasting vibration in middle and far field was proposed. After that, the project of the medium⁃deep hole millisecond blasting in Xincheng Gold Mine was taken as an example, particle vibration velocities in the surrounding rocks of roadway at different distances from the explosion source was simulated by assuming an equivalent blasting load with the dynamic finite element software ANSYS/LS⁃DYNA. The comparison of numerical simulation to the field data analysis indicates that this equivalent simulation method is feasible and workable, which has largely improved the efficiency of numerical simulation of vibration characteristics in middle and far field subjected to blasting load.
