某硫化铜矿浮选工艺对比试验研究

摘要

针对某硫化铜矿的特点,在试样多元素分析和查明目的矿物成分的基础上,进行了铜硫混浮和铜优先浮选两种工艺对比研究,确定了最佳的工艺流程为铜优先浮选流程,针对含铜0.82％的原矿,最终可获得铜精矿铜品位24.54％、铜回收率91.95％的指标.%Two flowsheets, Cu-S bulk flotation and Cu preferential flotation, were introduced to process a copper sulfide ore with Cu grade of 0. 82％ based on the identification of its multi-element compositions and main objective minerals. The comparison test results show that, Cu preferential flotation performs better, which yielded a copper concentrate grading 24.54％ Cu at 91.95％ recovery.
