超细粒级浸出渣絮凝沉降特性试验研究

         

摘要

In order to explore the sedimentation rule of the leach residue as well as obtain optimum conditions for flocculating sedimentation of the leach residue,test was firstly conducted on the natural sedimentation of leach residue, and then the flocculating sedimentation of leach residue slurry with the mass concentration of 15% was tested by using nonionic polyacrylamide as a flocculant. Based on the uniform design experiment, effects of tailings concentration, unit consumption and concentration of flocculant on the flocculating sedimentation of leach residue were all discussed. A regression analysis for test results with the constraint condition showed that the ultrafine leach residue settled slowly,with the settling velocity inversely proportional to the concentration of tailings. The nonionic polyacrylamide with molecular weight of 12 million led to the best flocculation effect. And each factors brought an impact on the sedimentation effect after flocculation in the following descending order:tailings concentration>flocculant concentration>unit consumption of flocculant. It is shown that with the tailings concentration at 5%,an addition of flocculant at the concentration of 0.30%by the unit consumption of 35 g/t can lead to an optimal flocculation effect.%为探究超细粒级浸出渣的沉降规律,获取浸出渣最佳絮凝沉降条件,首先对超细粒级浸出渣进行了自然沉降试验,然后以非离子型聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂,对质量浓度为15%的浸出渣浆液进行了絮凝沉降试验.通过均匀设计试验,探究尾砂浓度、絮凝剂单耗、絮凝剂浓度对浸出渣絮凝沉降的影响.在约束条件下,对试验数据进行回归分析,结果表明,超细粒级浸出渣沉降缓慢,沉降速度与尾砂浓度成反比;当非离子型聚丙烯酰胺分子质量为1200万时,絮凝沉降速度最快;各因素影响絮凝沉降效果的强弱顺序为:尾砂浓度>絮凝剂浓度>絮凝剂单耗;当尾砂浓度5%、絮凝剂浓度0.30%、絮凝剂单耗35 g/t时,絮凝沉降效果较好.
