滨海砂矿重砂样品淘洗次数探讨

摘要

文章以莫桑比克赞比西亚省某滨海矿区的39个重砂样品为试验对象,分析了淘洗次数与钛铁矿回收率、损失率和品位之间的关系.基于上述试验结果,得出以下结论:目前砂矿规范中有关淘洗与重矿物损失率之间的规定,会大大增加淘洗工作量；在滨海砂矿勘查中,可从淘洗对品位的影响上确定淘洗次数；对非贵金属滨海砂矿进行预查和详查时,分别淘洗3次和4次可满足生产要求.%Thirty - nine coastal placer deposit samples, from Zambezi province, Mozambique, have been taken as experimental subjects to analyze the relationship between the washing times and ilmenite recovery, losses, and grade.. According to the above -mentioned results, conclusions are drawn as follows; first, the workload of washing will be increased heavily according to the current specification between washing and heavy mineral losses; second, the washing times can be determined based on the influence washing putting on grade; third, three washing times for not - precious - metal reconnaissance and four washing times for not - precious - metal general exploration could both satisfy the production requirement.
