基于AHP—Fuzzy模型的矿工不安全心理分析

         

摘要

煤矿安全事故大多数是由人的不安全行为引起的,研究矿工不安全心理对煤矿事故的预防起着至关重要的作用,在分析矿工不安全心理的基础上建立了具有可操作性的矿工不安全心理评价指标体系,确定影响矿工不安全心理的环境因素、人的缺点、身体条件等3个准则,以及工作条件、社会关系等7个评价指标,并且运用层次分析法确定了各层次评价指标的权重,建立了多级模糊综合评价模型.最后,将此评价体系应用到某煤矿,验证了该指标体系的可行性和合理性.%Most coal mine safety accidents are caused by human' s unsafe behavior. Researches on miners' unsafe mental state play a crucial role in preventing coal mine accidents. Based on the analysis of insecure mental state, this paper establishes a workable index system of miner' s insecure mental state, identifies three criteria in environmental factors, human weakness, and body condition that affect miner's safety mental state. It also identifies seven evaluation indexes in working conditions, and social relations, etc. This paper determines the weight of the evaluation index by using Analytic Hierarchy Process and establishes the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, this paper applies the evaluation system to a mine, which shows the evaluation system is feasible and reasonable.
