低水泥及低胶凝材料用量高强高性能混凝土配制研究

         

摘要

__摘_选用JQ-HPC80型井筒专用高性能混凝土外加剂,配制出了低水泥及低胶凝材料用量的高强高性能混凝土,混凝土强度可达到90MPa以上,完全能满足目前煤矿井壁施工需求。重点介绍了高强高性能混凝土配制所用的各种原材料及其性能指标,配合比设计及工作性能、力学性能试验情况。%With a selection and application of JQ-HPC80 mode mine shaft special high performance con-crete admixture ,a high strength and high performance concrete with a low quantity of cement and binding material was prepared and the strength of the concrete could be over 90MPa and could fully meet the construction requirements of the mine shaft liner in the present coal mines. The paper stressed an introduction on different raw material and performance index applied to the preparation of the high strength and high performances concrete ,mixing ratio design and working performances ,me-chanics performance test condition.
