生物安全的问题及思考

摘要

Biosecurity concerns public security and is an important part of national security. This paper discusses some biosecurity issues,involving synthetic biology, prevention and treatment products of modern biotechnology, genetically modified crops, invasion of alien species. The author maintains that both "unintentional" and man-made "intentional" biosecurity threat was worthy of attention. China should enhance the detection monitoring system, hazard analysis assessment capability and countermeasure development.%生物安全是公共安全的重要内容,属于国家安全的重要组成部分.本文探讨了合成生物学、现代生物技术预防和治疗产品、转基因农作物、外来生物入侵等所带来的生物安全问题,强调在重视“无意”生物安全问题时应警惕人为“有意”生物安全威胁,并应大力加强检测监测系统、危害分析评估系统和预防治疗产品的研究.
