观摩“环太平洋－2016”联合军演人道主义救援演练启示

摘要

该文介绍了观摩“环太平洋－2016”联合演习人道主义救援演练的情况和演习的主要特点，并结合我军参加人道主义医学救援情况进行了思考，提出：①发挥军队救援优势，加强军地联合；②推广直升机转运，展开立体救援；③实行阶梯救治，分级诊疗；④规范演练流程，完善救治标准；⑤设置药品器材库，预制应急救援物资等。%This paper is intended to describe the main features of the humanitarian aid exercises on RIMPAC -2016. There′re some proposals to be put forward based on the reflection of Chinese humanitarian aid exercises , such as exploiting the advantages of military aid and strengthening military and civilian integration popularizing helicopter transportation and establishing the stereoscopic emergency system , implementing stepped care and classification diagnosis and treatment , regulating the exercise process and improving the standard of treatment , setting up medical supply depots and prefabricating emergency relief supplies.
