班级管理是学校管理的重要组成部分，是实现学校工作目标的重要手段。班主任应该从多方面做好班级管理工作．引领学生共同参与班级管理。%Classroom management is an important part in school management and an important way to realize school objective. Teachers in charge of class should accomplish the work of classroom management from several aspects and lead students to jointly participate into classroom management.
