电动汽车单元锂电池包管理系统采集单元设计

     

摘要

针对电动汽车单元锂电池包电池管理系统中电池信息采样不完全的问题,设计了一种以 SPC563M64L5单片机为核心的电池管理模块。模块使用改进型的光耦隔离电路为系统电压采样做隔离,并用二阶有源低通滤波器对电压采样信号进行调理。对锂电池包工作电流的采样使用了霍尔传感器做隔离采样,使用差分放大电路对电流采样信号进行处理。模块在温度检测上运用LM35芯片和 NTC 电阻分别采集电池包中的环境温度和电池表面温度。测试实验表明,系统对电池包的工作电压和工作电流实现了高精度实时采样,对锂电池包内的温度信息实现了监测。%Because of the problem of incomplete information sampling in the management system of electric vehicle unit lithium battery package,a battery management module,using SPC563M64L5 single -chip microcomputer as the core,is designed in this paper.The modified optical coupling isolation circuit is used as system voltage sampling circuit and the second -order active low -pass filter is used to regulate voltage sampling signal by the module.Meanwhile the hall sensor is used for isolating and sampling the working current of lithium battery package,and the differential amplifier circuit of current sampling is used to process the signal.As to the temperature detection,the LM35 chip and NTC resistance are respectively used to acquire environment temperature of battery package and battery surface temperature.The test results show that the system can realize high precision real -time sampling of batter-y package working voltage and working current,and the information of temperature in the lithium battery package monitoring is realized as well.
