一种汽车发电机多功能电子调节器芯片设计

             

摘要

随着汽车电子化趋势的深入发展,汽车上的电子设备越来越多,为保证这些用电设备可靠工作,对电压调节器的性能要求不断提高。为此,基于双极工艺设计了一种能够适应多种型号汽车发电机的多功能电子调节器芯片。介绍了该电路的工作原理、结构框图以及部分模块设计。该调节器主要有预励磁占空比脉冲设置、钥匙开关检测、切入转速控制、短路保护、过热保护和过流保护等多种功能。电路采用华越14.3.0μm SB40V Bipolar 工艺,这种工艺具有工作电压高,控制功能多等特点。仿真结果表明该电路设计的多种功能都达到了设计要求。%With the further development trend of automotive electronics,there are more and more electronic equipment on vehicle.In order to ensure the reliable work of these electric equipment,the performance improvement of the voltage regulator is required.Therefore,a multi -function electronic regulator chip is designed based on a bipolar technology,which can be used in various types of automobile generator.And the working principle,circuit structure diagram and part of the module design are described as follows.The regulator has such functions as pre excitation pulse duty ratio set,the key switch detection,cut in speed control,short circuit protection,overheat protection and overcurrent protection,etc..The circuit adopts the CHMC 14.3.0μm SB40V Bipolar technology which has the advantage of high working voltage.The simulation results show that the various functions of the circuit meet the design requirements.
