液压锁联锁改造及操作优化

摘要

Through addition of two relays and canceling the DCS judgment process at loss of static blade angle control signal or feedback signal, it was fully realized of security role of rapid stabilization in hydraulic lock accident and put an end to surging accident of fans caused by big fluctuations of static blade angle.%　　通过添加2只继电器，并取消静叶角度控制信号丢失或反馈信号丢失时 DCS 判断过程，充分实现了液压锁事故状态下迅速稳定的保安作用，杜绝了静叶角度波动大造成风机喘振事故的可能。
